Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-07

This policy explains how KJ Marketing Sweden AB processes personal data when you visit kjmarketingsweden.com, contact us or book a meeting.

Data controller

KJ Marketing Sweden AB, company reg. no. 559528-9629, Östra Kaserngatan 4B, 291 34 Kristianstad, Sweden, is the data controller.

If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us at info@kjmarketingsweden.com.

What we collect

Contact form: name, company, email address and, if you choose to provide them, phone number, website and message. We also store what you need help with and your approximate ad budget.

Meeting bookings: when you book through Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter there, such as name, email and chosen time.

Visit data: if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the ad you came from, IP address and browser.

Why we process data and on what basis

To reply to your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: legitimate interest, and contract if we start working together.

To measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner. When you submit the contact form after accepting cookies, we also send an encrypted (hashed) version of your email and phone number to Meta so we can see which ad led to the enquiry.

Cookies

Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask every time.

Marketing (only with consent): the Meta Pixel sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to measure ads. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the booking window.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for kjmarketingsweden.com in your browser. You'll be asked again on your next visit.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers form emails to us), Google Workspace (our email), Meta Platforms (ad measurement, with your consent) and Calendly (meeting bookings).

Some of these providers are based in the US. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement and then as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent. Email info@kjmarketingsweden.com and we'll help.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
